URGENT NOTICE

In light of the current COVID-19 pandemic we are continuing to follow all recommended CDC and our local governments recommendation regarding protocols for office sites and touring apartments. Therefore, we will be suspending all in person business transactions, but we will still be available by appointment to assist you with any rental needs you may have. Our offices are open for telephone calls and pre-scheduled tours. Our leasing staff is available via phone at (833) 581-8889 during the hours of 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday and Saturday and Sunday 10am to 5pm. We will be conducting self-guided and social distancing guided tours, so please contact our office to schedule your appointment and view our available apartment homes. We will require a signed Parkwood Apartments - Covid-19 Prevention Measures for Shown Units form before any tours can take place (guided or self-guided). A copy of this form can be found using the hyperlink below. Rest assured, we are doing everything we can to provide a safe experience for our customers and a healthy environment for our employees and residents of our communities. Q: What methods of rent payment do you accept?

You can submit 1 personal check, a cashier’s check, money order, or pay via credit card (charges apply). Auto Pay is available at no additional fee please contact the Business office to set it up. The easiest way is on your Resident Portal (Active Building) and there is no cost to you!

Q: Who is responsible for paying for utilities?

Residents are responsible to pay for all utilities, services and charges.

Q: What pets do you accept?

Park Wood Apartments accepts cats, dogs (45lbs or less), small caged animals, and aquariums up to 20 gallons. Please see the Rental Requirements regarding pet rent, deposit, and documentation needed.

Q: How do I place a service request for maintenance for my apartment?

You can submit it on your Resident Portal (Active Building), call it in, or place a letter in our 24 hour drop box.

Q: Can I install a satellite dish?

Yes, but with restrictions and written approval. Contact our management staff for details.

Q: Where can I put my outgoing mail?

There’s one out going mailbox outside the management office or there is an outgoing slot in each mail hub.

Q: Who can I call regarding noise disturbances?

During office hours, you may call the management office. After hours, you can contact our courtesy patrol service, Signal 88 at 925-245-1711.

Q: Do you have storage units on the property?

Yes, there are storage units on the property that you can rent for an additional fee.
